What to Expect

This work is held as a single, connected process that includes preparation, journey, and integration.

You can expect a facilitation style that is steady, respectful, and attuned. The pace is unhurried, and the focus remains on supporting meaningful inner exploration within a clear and ethical container, one grounded in safety, confidentiality, thoughtful agreements, and careful preparation.

Throughout the process, I practice a non-directive approach. I offer steady presence and support without guiding or interpreting your experience, allowing your process to unfold in its own intelligence and timing.

Services

HeartRoot offers legal psilocybin facilitation held within a careful, ethical, and well-paced process.

This work unfolds over time, with attention given to preparation, the journey itself, and integration afterward.

Each phase supports safety, clarity, and a deeper relationship with your own inner experience.

The Process

Initial Conversation

We begin with a simple conversation (15–30 min) to explore whether this way of working feels aligned. This is a space to ask questions, share what is drawing you to the work, and get a felt sense of the container, how I hold presence, intentions, and supportive structure throughout the process.

If we decide to move forward together, we will schedule your journey day along with the prep sessions during this phase.

Preparation

Preparation helps establish trust, clarify intentions, and support a grounded approach to the journey.

One or two preparation sessions are offered, depending on your needs and timing. These 30–60 minute sessions are held in the weeks leading up to your journey (typically 1–2 weeks beforehand). Together, we explore orientation, readiness, and what to expect, tending to both practical considerations and the inward nature of the work. Your journey day is scheduled during this phase.

Journey Day

The journey day takes place at a licensed psilocybin service center (with at-home journeys available when appropriate, with additional considerations discussed in advance).

While we set aside the full day, the mushrooms are typically in full effect for approximately 5-7 hours. The remainder of the day is kept spacious and unhurried, allowing time to settle, reflect, and transition gently. I encourage keeping the rest of your day light and free of obligations.

The space is held with care, simplicity, and attentiveness. My role is to provide a steady, non-directive presence supporting your process without guiding or shaping it. I do not speak during the journey unless you reach for support or a response is needed. The emphasis is on creating an environment where you can turn inward with a sense of safety and autonomy.

Your comfort is essential. During preparation, we review details around setting, physical needs, and any accommodations so the day can feel as easeful and supported as possible. Practical considerations are clarified in advance, allowing the journey itself to unfold with clarity and trust.

Integration

Integration supports the process of reflecting on and grounding the experience over time.

One or two optional integration sessions are available following the journey. Each session lasts 30–60 minutes and is typically scheduled within the first few weeks after your experience. These sessions offer space for me to listen, reflect, and tend to how the experience is unfolding in daily life.

My emphasis is on presence and continuity rather than interpretation, meaning I do not analyze or assign meaning to your experience. Instead, I offer steady attention and space for you to notice what feels significant, how insights are taking shape, and how the work is integrating into your lived experience.

My Rate

I charge $600-$800 for the services described above.
