Services
HeartRoot offers legal psilocybin facilitation held within a careful, ethical, and well-paced process.
This work unfolds over time, with attention given to preparation, the journey itself, and integration afterward.
Each phase supports safety, clarity, and a deeper relationship with your own inner experience.
What to Expect
You can expect a facilitation style that is steady, respectful, and attentive. The pace is unhurried, with care given to safety, preparation, and confidentiality so you can feel supported throughout the process.
During the journey, I remain quietly present. I do not guide or interpret what unfolds, allowing the experience to move in its own way and timing.
The Process
Initial Conversation
We begin with a brief conversation (20-30 minutes) to explore whether this work feels like a good fit. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what is drawing you toward the experience, and get a sense of how I work and what the process involves.
If it feels right for both of us to move forward, we will schedule your journey day and plan the preparation sessions during this time.
Preparation
Preparation is an important part of the process. It helps establish trust, clarify intentions, and create a steady foundation for the journey.
One or two preparation sessions are available, depending on your needs and timing. These conversations typically take place in the weeks leading up to the journey, often about one to two weeks beforehand. Each session lasts about 30–60 minutes.
During preparation we will talk through what to expect, explore your intentions, and make sure you feel informed and ready for the experience. We will also review practical considerations so the journey day itself can unfold with clarity and ease.
Journey Day
Your journey takes place at a licensed psilocybin service center. While we set aside the full day, the active effects of the mushrooms typically last about five to seven hours. The rest of the day is intentionally spacious and unhurried, allowing time to settle, reflect, and return gradually. I recommend keeping the remainder of your day light and free from obligations so you can continue to integrate the experience gently.
The space is held with care, simplicity, and attentiveness. My role is to offer a steady and supportive presence while allowing your experience to unfold in its own way. I do not guide or direct the journey. Most of the time I remain quietly present, speaking only if you reach for support or if a response is needed.
This approach helps create an environment where you can turn inward with a sense of safety, autonomy, and trust in your own process.
Your comfort is an important part of the preparation. Before the journey day we will talk through practical details such as the physical setting, what to bring, and any personal needs or accommodations. Taking care of these considerations in advance allows the day itself to feel calm, supported, and free from unnecessary concerns.
Integration
Integration is the process of gently reflecting on your experience and allowing its insights to take root in your daily life. The days and weeks following a journey can be a meaningful time of unfolding, as new perspectives, emotions, or questions begin to settle and find their place.
One or two optional integration sessions are available after your journey. These 60 minute conversations are typically scheduled within the first few weeks and offer a supportive space to talk about what you experienced and how it is continuing to resonate.
My role during integration is not to interpret or assign meaning to your journey. Instead, I offer attentive presence and thoughtful listening as you explore what feels significant to you. Together we create space to notice what is emerging, how insights may be shaping your life, and how the experience can continue to integrate in a way that feels grounded and meaningful.
My Rate
I charge $600-$800 for the services described above.
There is an additional fee paid to the Service Center for rental of their space and administration of the psilocybin.
